Congratulations on your amazing app. What inspired this app?
Thank you! The inspiration for The Agenda. came from a simple realization: women are navigating their lives without a full understanding of how their hormones influence their energy, focus, and emotions. As a coach, I noticed patterns in how my clients’ productivity and confidence seemed to ebb and flow. When I connected these patterns to the menstrual cycle, everything clicked. I wanted to create a tool that didn’t just track cycles but actually helped women use them as a roadmap for success.
How has the response been to this app?
The response has been overwhelmingly positive! Women are excited to have a resource that feels designed specifically for them. We’ve heard stories of women finally feeling validated and less frustrated with their bodies. The app has grown to over 5,000 downloads, and we’re running paid pilot programs with companies that want to support their female employees. It’s been humbling to see how much this tool resonates with people and how it’s making a real difference.

What demographics of women does The Agenda. appeal to? Please explain how the app can help each demo.
The Agenda. supports women across all life stages, and we’ve seen it make a unique impact on three groups:
- College and Young Professionals: These women are starting their careers or navigating busy schedules. The app helps them optimize focus and confidence by syncing their work or studies with their hormonal strengths.
- Moms and Caregivers: Many moms use The Agenda. to balance self-care with family life. By tracking their energy levels, they can plan for rest or productivity without guilt.
- Women in Perimenopause: This group finds the app particularly valuable for managing irregular cycles and hormonal changes. It gives them tools to feel more in control of their shifting rhythms.
What is a common misconception of menstrual cycles?
Many people think menstrual cycles are only relevant during the period itself, but there’s so much more to it. The cycle is like a built-in blueprint that impacts every aspect of a woman’s life—from how motivated she feels to how creative or social she is. Another misconception is that PMS and fatigue are inevitable. They’re common, but they’re not something we just have to “put up with.” When women understand their cycle phases, they can make adjustments that truly improve their quality of life.

Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult creative decision that ultimately improved the final product of the app.
In the early stages, we debated whether to include extensive hormone education or keep things focused on actionable tips. It was a tough call because we wanted to empower women with knowledge but also make the app feel approachable. We decided to prioritize simplicity, offering just enough education to explain the “why” behind our recommendations without overwhelming users. This decision made the app much more user-friendly and allowed us to focus on delivering real results.
Can you describe your approach to deciding on the elements of the app?
Every feature in The Agenda. is designed with intention. I spent months speaking with women from all walks of life to understand what they needed and what felt missing in other cycle apps. The goal was to create something that felt practical, empowering, and easy to use. Each element—from cycle phase insights to reminders for self-care—was designed to help women feel like they’re not just tracking their cycles but actually harnessing their hormones to live better.
What are you working on next?
Right now, we’re launching the Insights Tab, which gives users personalized recommendations for everything from productivity to emotional health, all based on their current cycle phase. I’m also planning a major conference focused on the hormonal health experience and looking to expand The Agenda. to include features that support women in peri-menopause and menopause. It’s an exciting time for us, and we’re committed to continuing to innovate in this space.
How does The Agenda. approach the conversation around hormonal health in a way that makes it more accessible and actionable for women?
We’ve taken the complexity of hormonal health and turned it into something women can actually use in their daily lives. Instead of focusing on just tracking symptoms, The Agenda. offers actionable insights, like when to schedule big meetings, prioritize rest, or focus on self-care. By breaking it down into simple, phase-based recommendations, we empower women to stop seeing their cycles as something to endure and start seeing them as an advantage. It’s about making hormonal health feel like a superpower, not a burden.
